These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TafitiLens ("Service"), operated by Peter Kariuki ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
TafitiLens provides survey hosting, form rendering, and data collection tools. Survey responses are routed to Google Sheets in your own Google Drive. We provide the platform; you own your data.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@tafitilens.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all survey forms you upload and all responses collected. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds to collect personal data from your respondents, and for complying with applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, Kenya Data Protection Act 2019).
When you connect your Google account, you authorise TafitiLens to create and write to Google Sheets on your behalf using the drive.file scope. You can revoke this authorisation at any time via your Google Account settings. Revoking access will disable automatic data routing to Google Sheets.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing hello@tafitilens.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your form files will be deleted from our storage; response data in your Google Sheets is unaffected.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
